We are seeking a full-time Business Support Assistant to join our Fitzroy team, with a preference for Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese speaker who is also fluent in English.

THE ROLE

The Business Support Assistant will provide administrative support to assist managers and clinical staff to maintain site services and systems and ensure the smooth operation of services. You will ensure that all clients and stakeholders experience excellent customer services and are treated in a respectful manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer services to all stakeholders in a responsive and respectful manner
  • Consult with clients and stakeholders to ensure understanding of the services offered and to navigate the systems for access to services
  • Design and implement system improvements to meet the needs of program, sector, and organisational changes

Salary ranges from $70,557.77 to $76,984.39 pro rata per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for an Business Support Assistant who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese speaking candidate who is also fluent in English is preferred
  • Previous experience in the Aged, Community or Health Care Sector with an understanding of funding arrangements
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet demands
  • Previous experience in quality and audit processes and maintaining appropriate records
  • Be a team player with the ability to support the team and participate in team activities
