Inclusion Demonstration and Integration Manager

Salary: $122,960.12 to $128,093.62 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation

About the role
The Inclusion Demonstration and Integration Manager will progress the integration of financial inclusion and education, training and employment services across BSL. The role is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of a place-based demonstration site, and Community Investment Committee and Woman Family Violence project.
The role leads high-quality place-based delivery while ensuring that effective and innovative models, tools, and approaches are embedded and integrated across the organisation. The position builds strong relationships with community partners, corporate stakeholders, and internal teams to extend impact, drive innovation, and ensure service models contribute to systemic change.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Demonstration site, ensuring high-quality,place-based service delivery in line with BSL’s strategic objectives.
- Drive integration of programs across BSL, working with other divisions to ensure tools, models, and approaches are embedded in service delivery organisation-wide.
- Lead, manage, and mentor staff, providing coaching, feedback, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with community partners, corporate stakeholders, government agencies, and sector networks.
- Oversee program monitoring, data collection, and evaluation in line with BSL’s Impact Framework.
